Expenses
Only expenses that are outlined in the Volunteer Information Package will be reimbursed. You can download the expense sheet and mileage form in MS Excel format. Complete the form, print it, and submit it with copies of your receipts to Jen Heneberry, General Manager. Jen collects these at each volunteer meeting and also has additional hard copy versions, so it's efficient to do this business at the volunteer meeting each month.

Because our reports to current funders include the number
of volunteer hours per activity, and our requests for future
funding often depends on how much work we've accomplished,
and how efficiently we've done it. Go
